Gillian McKenna

In her three decades of people leadership, Gillian has developed, strengthened, and led high performing global and local HR teams and delivered impactful leadership development. She has held a variety of senior people roles, most recently with Mary's Meals International, which provides life changing meals to over two million of the world’s poorest children, and previously with Virgin Money (formerly National Australia Group), Hewlett Packard, IBM, and Texas Instruments. Gillian also ran her own successful HR consultancy supporting SME and public sector organizations.

Gillian has a B.A. in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Gillian lives in Glasgow, Scotland, with her husband and three children.
