Estela de la Cruz is the Deputy CEO of Generation Spain. She is an experienced strategy professional with over five years of expertise at McKinsey & Company and a deep commitment to social impact. At McKinsey, she was a key member of the social and public sector practice, leading transformative European initiatives to develop innovative talent migration strategies and national reskilling programs that empowered communities. At Madrid Futuro, she led social development projects for Madrid, including managing mental health programs for vulnerable teenagers and implementing impactful reskilling and circular economy initiatives. With dual bachelor's degrees in law and business, as well as a master’s in law, Estela brings strategic expertise and a passion for addressing critical societal challenges through education and talent development.
