Elaine Barr is the Global Director of HR Services at Generation based in Glasgow, Scotland. With over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, Elaine has developed and led high performing teams, delivering impactful change and great service throughout the employee life cycle to colleagues.

She has held a variety of roles across all HR disciplines with most of her career within Finance Services, before making a welcomed change into mission driven work with Mary’s Meals International and now with Generation.

Elaine has a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
