Corrinne has 15+ years experience in the development field with significant focus in youth empowerment. Prior to joining Generation, Corrinne built her career in youth economic development while at Save the Children US, where she held the positions of Regional Technical Advisor for a MasterCard Foundation Funded youth asset building project — YouthSave and as the Project Director for a South Africa based, USAID / PEPFAR funded project — ASPIRES — that offers integrated economic strengthening programming for at risk adolescent youth.
As a financial inclusion consultant, MicroSave Consulting Limited, she co-managed an adolescent girls’ savings project funded by the Nike Foundation. She also was a technical advisor on product development, market research, strategic marketing consulting for banks and MFIs in Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Sierra Leone and Ghana. The first nine years of her work life, she worked as a professional banker. Corrinne, who is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at Daystar University.
