CEO Generation Brazil, Andrea is responsible for the organization's strategy, growth plan and program portfolio management for Generation in Brazil. Prior to Generation, for the past 4 years, she was co-founder at Alicerce Educação, a social impact startup dedicated to improve basic education level of Brazilians from low income families. As VP of sales, she structured Alicerce Institute, their B2G channel, and their B2B growth channel, helping Alicerce grow the number of students impacted 100x over 4 years. She's also worked for large multinational corporations such as Ambev and Citigroup and she loves to structure win-win partnerships and to help people develop and grow. Andrea lives in Sao Paulo, is married and has 2 little boys. With MBA from Kellogg School of Management from Northwestern University in Chicago, USA, and a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Unicamp in Brazil, Andrea has been a scholarship holder her entire life and has made her life mission to help others the same way she's been helped.
