Generation is seeking a senior partnerships analyst that will report to the Partnerships Manager. The partnerships function is responsible for leading fundraising efforts and managing the relationships with current donors and funders. Our current and potential funds come from private/family foundations, development banks, companies and governments from Brazil and other countries around the world.
This person will interact with all areas of the organization, to get information for donor’s reports and to prospect new funders. We are looking for a fundraiser with an entrepreneurial growth mindset and a desire to learn outside of their comfort zone in a dynamic work environment.
Details
This is a full time, preferentially based in São Paulo, Brazil. Most of our team have been working in a hybrid model, most of the days from home and should have a quiet, private workspace with the ability to connect to reliable internet and a few days per month in our office or external events. Compensation is competitive with NGOs standards, according to the seniority and experience of the candidate. We are not able to sponsor relocation or work visas.

To be successful you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations and correlated areas.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with partnerships / donations / B2B sales.
- Advanced written and spoken English and Portuguese.
- Knowledge and experience with fundraising, partnership management and sales machine.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Autonomy and self-leadership to work.
- Data Management and indicators.
- Management of Processes, Procedures and Policies.
- Knowledge of Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
- Knowledge and experience with writing company ESG and government bids.
- It will be considered a differential:
- Knowledge in statistics
- Experience in the third sector and tax incentive laws (especially the Elderly Fund)
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage external relationships
What you'll do:
- Mapping of potential donors through monitoring of public notices, active online search and participation in events;
- Preparation of customized financing proposals for each opportunity;
- Support in scheduling follow-up meetings with donors;
- Acting either as a leader or as a second point of contact in negotiations with private/family foundations to formalize partnerships and co-financing the program in collaboration with necessary areas;
- Organizing, updating and monitoring of donor pipeline in its various categories – foundations, governments and others and funnel conversion rate;
- Updating the Salesforce system with donors or funders data by class or participant;
- Preparation of donor´s reports and presentations to senior professionals;
- Monitoring trends in Generation’s sectors of operation to better understand the demands of companies, foundations and governments committed to the agenda of productive inclusion;
- Supporting the area with other demands.
