From Uncertainty to Opportunity
José Manuel was in a difficult situation: unemployed and uncertain about his future.

That’s when he discovered Generation Spain’s Photovoltaic Solar Panel Installation program, which not only provided him with technical knowledge in a growing industry, but also restored his motivation and self-confidence.
Before the program, José Manuel had been unemployed for several months, actively seeking an opportunity to re-enter the job market. Uncertainty and financial instability were constant concerns. Most of his career had been in sales and customer service, roles through which he developed key skills, but he needed a change and wanted to specialize in a future-proof field. The lack of opportunities and increasing competition left him in doubt about his future. He was worried about staying up to date and competitive in a rapidly evolving job market.

During the selection process, his interest in the green economy resurfaced. The chance to gain specialized knowledge in a growing industry was highly appealing. He hoped to acquire solid technical know-how and practical skills to perform his job with confidence and competence.
On the first day of class, he was surprised by the quality of the introduction and the welcoming atmosphere. Meeting instructors and classmates confirmed he had made the right decision. The training allowed him to gain specialized knowledge in photovoltaic solar panels. He learned about technical aspects, best practices, and industry trends, while also improving his skills. Beyond professional growth, José Manuel built strong connections. The experience fostered a supportive network, and the friendships formed during the bootcamp will last a lifetime.
Building a Future in Solar Energy
Today, José Manuel works as a Photovoltaic Sales Consultant and Trainer, applying his newly acquired knowledge and continuing to develop within the solar power industry. He feels valued, has opportunities to keep learning, and enjoys sharing his expertise with others.
Looking ahead, he envisions himself in a leadership role, mentoring new professionals in the green sector and contributing to its growth with integrity and commitment. His perspective has completely changed, and he now has a positive, optimistic outlook on his future.
